Cross wiki promo with mis use of sockpuppet for entrepeneur Daniel Mühlbach and his companies LensWay and Footway Group. Checkuser was done and verified that this was done purposefully and in conflict with the terms of use.

Hallo gebruiker, welkom op Wikipedia! Ik zag dat u het artikel Footway Group hebt aangemaakt. Dit betrof expliciete reclame/werving/promotie, een korte bedrijfspresentatiepagina en is daarom direct verwijderd. Wikipedia is een encyclopedie met neutraal standpunt en geen medium voor werving en promotie. Ook is Wikipedia niet bedoeld als gratis webruimte, bedrijvengids of persoonsregister waar organisaties of personen hun 'eigen' pagina kunnen (laten) inrichten.
Op Wikipedia wordt het niet algemeen gewaardeerd dat mensen schrijven over onderwerpen waar ze beroepsmatig of persoonlijk dicht bij betrokken zijn. Indien u betrokken bent, hetgeen uw cross wiki plaatsing doet vermoeden, wijs ik u bij deze tevens op de gebruiksvoorwaarden waaraan u dan dient te voldoen. De specifieke passage staat hier. Houd u er tevens rekening mee dat "Payed contributions without disclosure" expliciet verboden zijn. Hopelijk heeft u er begrip voor dat dat op Wikipedia getoetst wordt aan encyclopedische relevantie en neutraliteit. Ik zou u dan ook willen aanraden om over andere onderwerpen te schrijven; zie bijvoorbeeld Wikipedia:Gewenste artikelen. Onze hulppagina voor nieuwkomers is volgens mij een goed begin om u in te lezen in de mogelijkheden en onmogelijkheden van Wikipedia. - Anoniem op mijn overlegpagina mij pressen om u in een andere taal te antwoorden levert u niets op helaas. Laat staan onmiddellijk met twee accounts dit te gaan ondernemen. U kunt de uitgebreide toelichting hoe het hier gaat via google translate bekijken maar agressief reclame cross wiki maken is geen aanbeveling voor het bedrijf. You placed advertising cross wiki with two accounts for a Swedish webshop and your attitude now approaches harassment and does nothing for the good name of this company, to the contrary. Sorry - I did not understand how to reply. But please answer my question: which part is promotion and how do we change it? Footway is not a swedish webshop, they also sell shoes in The Netherlands too. Also: Footway is a listed company, so there is public interest.

- This is the link to our nl-wiki specific guidelines: here. I will now translate: "Wikipedia is not a linkedin type of site, company guide, product site or website accumulation. It describes in a neutral way already well known encyclopedically relevant topics. The purpose is not that some one or some body can generate awareness or name by inclusion but that encyclopedically relevant well known topics can be found for more information. Comparison between topics is always sensesless. If you consider another topic not notable enough for inclusion you can make this known by a motivitated nomination for evaluation." Finally I again refer you to the terms of use since there is no disclosure at all here and else where and especially since two one issue accounts out of the blue keep protesting in a fairly agressive way. - I am sorry to inform you that the checkuser investigation I have asked for has proven that you have tried with two sockpuppet accounts to create more support for your advertising efforts cross wiki and as well that you did not adhere to the wikimedia terms of use at all since you simply made the article without the disclosure as was asked for.
