Cydalima laticostalis is een vlinder uit de familie van de grasmotten (Crambidae), uit de onderfamilie van de Spilomelinae. Deze soort is voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven als Margarodes laticostalis door Achille Guenée in een publicatie uit 1854.
