Don't invent new Dutch names bewerken
Hi, Dutch is a language with certain rules. You cannot invent new names in the Dutch language yourself, the Taalunie (Dutch language union) has an official list of recognized exonyms (here for Italy). If a name doesn't occur in the list, the Dutch Wikipedia uses the endonym, or at least the name most used by the inhabitants. Since Italian is nowadays the lingua franca in most parts of the Aosta Valley, we use Italian names as titles but mention the French equivalents in the first sentence.
