Beste Gustavo Parker, je bent bezig om een reeks redirects aan te maken naar namen van Japanse topografische locaties. Je doet dat door op de Nederlandstalige Wikipedia Japanse karakters te gebruiken. Dit is de Nederlandstalige Wikipedia. Niemand zal hier ooit op het idee komen om op Japanse karakters een naam te gaan zoeken. Een beetje Wikipediaan die de Japanse naam kent, gaat naar de Japanse Wikipedia en zoekt dan via de Japanse naam de intertaallink naar de Nederlandstalige Wikipedia op. Mijn dringende advies is dan ook om te stoppen met het aanmaken van deze vreemdtalige links op ons project. Ik ben bezig ze te verwijderen en vertrouw erop dat ze niet meer terugkomen.  Wikiklaas  overleg  23 jul 2013 03:40 (CEST)

Omleidingen

Hoe gaat het Wikiklaas, ik kwam om te vertellen dat ik ben niet het maken van omleidingen, hoewel u het al opgevallen. Daarnaast (zoals ik meer actief in Wikipedia in het Spaans, ben door te spreken van de taal) vindt misschien u fouten in mijn bericht. Nou, nu weet ik. OK, since you obviously did not understand my message: On 21 and 23 July you created 11 redirects to Southeast-Asian topics on this project. The redirects were in foreign characters (I can't tell Japanese, Korean and Chinese apart but these kinds of languages they were in). On the Dutch Wikipedia, no one will ever try to search for these names in foreign characters. Fot most of us, it's hardly possible to feed these characters to the search field. Thus, your redirects were pointless and I deleted them.

The message you left on my talk page, and which I moved to your talk page because here is where I started the discussion, is fairly incomprehensible. It looks like you're denying you created the redirects but it's obvious you did create them. I don't understand a word of what you are trying to tell me here.

If you don't understand the Dutch language and can't discuss your edits in Dutch here, it may be not so good an idea to make these contributions. After all, this is the Dutch Wikipedia, and if you don't understand the language, you don't have business here, except when you have specialist knowledge and language is no issue there (like for instance correcting spelling errors in scientific names). I sincerely hope you do understand the English language. If not, communication will be a major problem here, which would only stress my previous remarks.  Wikiklaas  overleg  23 jul 2013 13:58 (CEST)
