Griveaudyria phaeosticta is een vlinder uit de familie spinneruilen (Erebidae), onderfamilie donsvlinders (Lymantriinae). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1937 door Collenette.
