Glyptothorax coracinus is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van de zuigmeervallen (Sisoridae).^[2] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 2008 door Ng & Rainboth.
