The upstream value is here: https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:Translate&showMessage=tag-discussiontools-reply&group=ext-discussiontools&language=nl&filter=&optional=1&action=translate If the word chosen there is incorrect (Reageerfunctie vs gereageerd) please fix it on TranslateWiki rather than locally. Also I think the existing message may be more correct. The tag is supposed to indicate the tool that was used (Reply function), not what the user did with the tool (Replied).
