Ik heb dit even voorgelegd op de Helpdesk, en daar gaf Zanaq het volgende antwoord:

De gegeven informatie is bijna onbegrijpelijk en incompleet. Aangezien een derde de foto's gemaakt heeft moet de toestemming via OTRS gegeven worden.

Als u zelf de maker van de foto's bent kunt hier meer informatie vinden: Wikipedia:OTRS/Mijn eigen afbeelding.
