AC Sparta Praag (Tsjechisch: AC Sparta Praha) is de vrouwenafdeling van de Tsjechische voetbalclub AC Sparta Praag uit Praag. De vrouwenafdeling werd opgericht in 1975. De club speelde vele malen in de Women's Champions League, waarbij ze in 2005-06 de kwartfinale haalden.
