KITLV & Wiki goes Caribbean bewerken

In August 2020 three interns from the Faculty of Archaeology at Leiden University started their internship with The Royal Netherlands Institute of Southeast Asian and Caribbean Studies (KITLV) and Wikimedia Netherlands.

The Wiki Goes Caribbean project is aimed at enriching the content about the Caribbean, especially Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St. Eustatius and Sint Maarten. This internship is focussing on the pre-colonial period and the archaeology of the pre-colonial period on these islands, because this information is currently very limited or lacking on Wikipedia. The students will be working on English and/or Dutch Wikipedia.
