De Grand Lodge of Ireland (G.L.I.) ofwel Grootloge van Ierland is een reguliere koepel van vrijmetselaarsloges die werd opgericht in 1725. Daarmee is het de tweede oudste obediëntie van vrijmetselaarsloges ter wereld.
De Grand Lodge of Ireland heeft jurisdictie over dertien provinciale grootloges in Ierland en twaalf provinciale grootloges buiten Ierland.
De Grand Lodge of Ireland is erkend door de United Grand Lodge of England en door de Grand Lodge of Scotland. De Reguliere Grootloge van België en de Grand Lodge of Ireland hebben uitstekende vriendschappelijke verhoudingen met elkaar.
