Larousse gastronomique: verschil tussen versies

De eerste editie (1938) werd bewerkt door Prosper Montagné<ref name = "Prosper Montagné">{{fr}}[http[://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prosper_Montagné:Prosper Montagné|Prosper Montagné]]</ref>, met voorwoorden door Georges Auguste Escoffier<ref name = "Georges Auguste_Escoffier">{{fr}}[http[://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auguste_Escoffier:Auguste Escoffier|Georges Auguste_EscoffierAuguste Escoffier]]</ref> en Phileas Gilbert<ref name = "Phileas Gilbert">{{en}}[http://www.foodreference.com/html/wphileasgilbert.html Phileas Gilbert]</ref>. Gilbert werkte mee aan de de totstandkoming van dit boek, net als aan Le Guide Culinaire<ref name = "Le Guide Culinaire">{{en}}[http[://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Le_Guide_Culinaire:Le Le_Guide_CulinaireGuide Culinaire|Le Guide Culinaire]]</ref> met [[Escoffier]], wat leidde tot een aantal overlappingen van de twee boeken. Om deze reden merkte [[Escoffier]], toen hem werd gevraagd het voorwoord te schrijven, op dat hij met zijn eigen ogen had gezien dat Montagné niet kan ontkennen dat hij Le Guide Culinaire gebruikte als basis voor zijn nieuwe boek, en er tal van recepten uit putte.
