I'm a bit surprised that there is no article about the Mensenrechtentulp in nlwiki. There is one in enwiki, namely, en:Human Rights Tulip. The prize also is mentioned in some nlwiki articles, e. g., in Dag van de mensenrechten and in Mensenrechtenverdediger.

Unhappily, while I read Dutch (and mostly even understand what I read:-), I'm not good at writing it. Moreover, just trying to translate the enwiki article would seem a bit like turning things backward, I think. (E. g., one of the more interesting features seems to be that the Dutch Foreign Office seems to have experimented in letting larger groups vote in deciding the winner.
