Hello, I am interested in creating an article for Leroy Ostransky in the English Wikipedia, but I am unsure of Wikipedia's policies surrounding translation. Would it be plagiarism if I translated the original Dutch article into English and edited it for English grammar? Is there a way I should cite the original Dutch article? Thank you!
