The publisher info is wrong:
CMH is owned, operated and published by the Swiss Math Society. Currently, the "physical" publishing is given to the EMS by a contract that is renewable every few years (in the past, it was most recently Birkhaeuser). The "Akademie" and "Stiftung" have no connection at all to CMH. In the past, these bodies contributed financially, but this is all (and is not the case anymore).
The English wiki article is a bit more accurate, have a look.
For any more info, just contact the Swiss Math Society (or the Editor-in-Chief of CMH), they will confirm :-)
