Hello from Brooklyn! I would just like to make certain clarifications to information contained in the paragraph about crime and "depravity" in brooklyn. Brooklyn has several of most dangerous neighborhoods in the City, but Bedford-Stuyvesant, while still impoverished, is not the poorest or most crime-ridden. It has actually become increasingly wealthy in recent years, especially the western portion. Brownsville, East Flatbush and East New York would warrant mention; all three are more dangerous then Bed-Stuy. Also, i think the comparisons to the Bronx and Harlem don't hold up under factual scrutiny and should be removed unless you can find sources. I hope you found this helpful.
