LoMonaco was bekend van Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) als Buh Buh Ray Dudley en van World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) als Bubba Ray Dudley en Brother Ray. LoMonaco worstelde jarenlang samen met Devon Hughes als de Dudley Boyz. Als Dudley Boyz wonnen ze meerdere titels in het afdeling van de tag teams.
