Cadac Group is a software/information technology company specialized in architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, process, power, marine government, infrastructure and aviation. Cadac Group is specialized in offering information technology solutions to digitise design, development and operations.

History

Cadac Group began as the CAD Advies Centrum (advisory centre) in 1986. Founder Jan Baggen was 20 at the time, and he was studying engineering at Zuyd Hogeschool (Zuyd University) in Heerlen. Since its foundation, Cadac Group has been a partner of Autodesk. In 2013 the company has been named the first Platinum Partner of Autodesk in the Benelux countries. In 2007, NedGraphics was taken over by Cadac Group, making Cadac Group the largest provider of Autodesk digital design software in the Benelux region. In 2017, Cadac Group launched the first online webshop for Autodesk products in the Benelux. In 2019, Cadac Group launched the first global online platform to connect Autodesk experts and customers with each other, called Cadac Xperts.
