bewerkenDie Safterei is a German corporation found in Berlin in 2014 by Tarek Mandelartz and Timo Kraemer. The company produces 2 types of productlines:
- Detox line. This line focusses on the detox cleanse where a customer drinks 9 juices, instead of solid food, during the day.
- Consumer line. This line focusses on providing an extra dosis of fruit and vegetables for the every day person.
Availability

bewerkenAt the moment the juices are being sold in Berlin in different gastronomical places such as: Café Einstein, Impala and the Ritz Carlton Hotel. It can also be found in a few vegan shops and in some bakeries.
Supermarkets
bewerkenSince december 2015, the juices are also available in the REWE supermarket chain throughout all of Berlin.
Coldpressed juice
bewerkenCold pressing (also referred to as masticating) utilizes a single gear driven by a motor; slower operation; kneads and grinds items placed in a chute. Because of this technique, no heat is added to the production process leaving the end product higher in nutrients and vitamins.

Täglichgrün
bewerkenThis juice mostly contains green fruits and vegetables, giving it his unique green color. The main ingredients are: Spinach, Cucumber, Apple, Mango and Ginger.
