Čeština: Vlajka obce Xaverova: List tvoří žerďový zelený pruh široký třetinu délky listu se vztyčenou žlutou lipovou ratolestí, střídavě se třemi listy a dvěma plodenstvími, a modré pole. V něm bílá výklenková kaple s červenou střechou a s červeným planoucím srdcem ve výklenku. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
