Beschrijving Lambang Kota Tasikmalaya berdasarkan Perda No. 1 Tahun 2002. Berupa perisai bertepi kuning dengan bidang berwarna biru dan hitam. Di dalamnya ada nama Kota Tasikmalaya, kubah masjid, payung geulis, gunung, pabrik berjendela 17, motif bordir bunga, anyaman bambu, dan pita bertuliskan "Kota Resik".
