English: A diagram of one of the many intricate geoglyphs, patterns created on the plains northwest of Nazca (or Nasca), Peru, by the indigenous peoples, probably between 200BCE and 700CE. This is one of the smaller figures and has been variously described as a ("flower") or a "key", but it is clearly a simple unicursal labyrinth, a figure found in ancient cultures around the world, from the Mediterranean region, Europe and Scandinavia, to India, Goa and North America.

This figure is illustrated (three times, once as a photo, twice as diagrams) in Peruvianische Erdzeichen - Peruvian Ground Drawings (1974), the catalogue of an exhibition of photographs of the geoglyphs by Maria Reiche, who dedicated much of her life to researching the lines. The catalogue describes it as a "spiral-like figure" (Spiral-ähnliche Figur) and gives the diameter of the rounded part as 12m. There are many true spiral figures nearby.

I created this diagram based on the diagrammatic representation (called "Key") on the Nasca-WebGIS Pampa of Nasca page presented by Mapbender, zoomed in to 1:80 scale. The Mapbender coordinates for the figure are 486040.2 / 8375849.9; GoogleMap coordinates (decimal) -14.6945 / -75.1321 (-14° 41' 40.20", -75° 7' 55.56") (though the detail there is, unfortunately, not sufficient to make out any details of the pattern).
The illustrations in Peruvianische Erdzeichen show that this is only part of the figure: the paths leading into it from the north continue(d?) across a broader (earlier?) line; the western line (the one leading straight to the centre of the labyrinth) being perfectly straight, while the eastern one continues for a short distance and then turned sharply southwestwards, crossing .
