Čeština: Vlajka obce Malá Úpa, okres Trutnov. List tvoří dva svislé pruhy, zelený a bílý, a vodorovný modrý zvlněný pruh na dolním okraji široký jednu třetinu šířky listu. V zeleném pruhu zkřížené bílé sekery na hnědých topůrkách. V bílém pruhu hnědé průčelí dřevěného kostela s červenou bání.
