Čeština: Vlajka obce Drahotín, okres Domažlice. List tvoří dva svislé pruhy, červený a zelený. Uprostřed obrácená bílá podkova. Uvnitř podkovy z bílo-červeně polcené růže vyrůstají tři žluté obilné klasy, krajní odkloněné s listem. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
