Čeština: Vlajka obce Černá Hora, okres Blansko, Česko.
Červený list s žerďovým černým klínem dosahujícím do třetiny délky listu, ke kterému přiléhá bílý hřeben o sedmi zubech, vycházející z první desetiny horního a dolního okraje listu do dvou třetin délky listu. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
