Thanks Mathonius for telling me, I understand that. I just had a look at a translation of the original passage in the article (section "Heckrund") and realized that it is actually in fine accordance with what I wanted to add. Therefore, the two only things I'd like to change is changing "Heckrund" to something like "Aurochs-like cattle breeds" (in Dutch, of course), in order to show that the article credits the fact that there is a number of primitive cattle breeds and that heck cattle has no monopoly. For a scientific reference, van Vuure 2005 would be nice, in order to let viewers know where the information comes from. Maybe TaurOs Project could also be mentioned, the contemporary scientific back breeding attempt.

Therefore, my question is, what would these two sentences mean in proper Dutch, so that I can add it to the article?

Thanks for the help, folks! :-) Yes, TaurOs Project isn't the only scientific breeding project (possibly the most scientific, though). There is also Taurus cattle, and Diarmid cattle, for example. To not over-strech the section, I propose lines like these (translated to Dutch, of course):
