I am doing a reach project on Belgium and I will need to ask some questions about Flanders Belgium? These questions will need to be answered by email. I speak Dutch and English, but those questions will be asked in English because they are used for a research paper in the United States. I am duel US/Belgium nationality and living in the USA. This project is not related to Wikipedia.
I will need to ask those to an administrated or a user who is from Flanders Belgium (Belgium National) and speaks Dutch as there native language and English as a second/third language.
