Ik ben een jongere classicus en beginnend docent Grieks en Latijn. Een specialisatie heb ik niet, maar ik ben het meeste thuis in de geschiedschrijving en heb een voorliefde voor informatie die vrouwen of poëzie betreft. Als docent in de onderbouw ben ik me bovendien pijnlijk bewust dat de (nederlandse) Wikipedia vaak de eerste en soms de enige bron is die men raadpleegt, wat helemaal prima is, zolang we ervoor zorgen dat wat er staat ook correct is. Wanneer ik tijd heb en kans zie, plan ik dus bij te dragen aan deze wereld aan informatie door aan te vullen en weg te halen waar nodig is––uiteraard met passende documentatie van het proces en ruimte voor discussie.

Good day,
I am a classics student (undergraduate at the moment) and a young teacher of Greek and Latin. I have no specialization, but am most adept at history/historiography and have a particular interest in women and poetry. As a young teacher of younger students, I'm also painfully aware that Wikipedia is the first and, sometimes, only source that people will use when looking up information—which is fine, of course, so long as that information is correct. When given the opportunity and time to do so, I will therefore endeavour to help with cleaning up and improving articles, with due documentation of any changes made and while remaining open for discussion.
