:Knowledge about Dutch isn't too important regarding Dutch or Belgian comic authors. The [[Lambiek (stripwinkel)|comic store behind comiclopedia]] is based in the Netherlands. The current editors of the comiclopedia are a Dutchman and a Belgian as well. So Belgians and Dutchmen (and of course much more) are really represented well. Comiclopedia mostly focuses on English, so you don't need to know Dutch. :) Only scenarists aren't always there, beside exceptions like Goscinny, Cauvin, Duchâteau and Van Hamme.
