In '''1994''' werd de 38ste editie van het '''[[Campeonato Brasileiro Série A]]''' gespeeld, de hoogste voetbalcompetitie in [[Brazilië]]. De competitie werd gespeeld van 13 augustus tot 18 december. Palmeiras werd landskampioen.
==Format==
Er namen 24 teams deel aan het kampioenschap, die verdeeld werden over vier groepen van zes clubs. De top vier van elke groep kwalificeerde zich voor de tweede fase en de groepswinnaar krijgt daar telkens één bonuspunt. van groep A en B kwalificeerde zich voor de tweede fase.
