Mr Erik Young does not need any "VISA" extension. I am a Diplomat and a citizen of The United Nations. Every person from a member State of The United Nations is one of its' citizens and is allowed the freedom to pass throughout its member State's borders without hinderance. Within its' jurisdication a citizen and that includes all the people of Thailand have the right to their Freedom of travel within its' borders. You do not have to have a passport but you need to be able to prove your identity. In other words a professional (Doctor, Professor, teacher etc) who certifies you are who you say you are is proof of identity within the criteria of International Law. It is illegal and a crime to imprison a person who is from a member State within another member State if they can be identified, even if they are without their passport or ID card.
