Monstercat

Monstercat (eerder bekend als Monstercat Media) is een Canadees EDM platenlabel gevestigd in Vancouver, Brits-Columbia.[1] Monstercat is opgericht in juli 2011 door Mike Darlington. In 2014 bereikte het label de grens van 1 miljoen verkopen terwijl het al zijn muziek ook gratis beschikbaar stelt op diverse platforms.[2] Krewella bracht haar eerste single uit bij Monstercat en ook Pegboard Nerds, Excision en de Nederlandse groepen Atmozfears en Vicetone hebben op dit label uitgegeven.
