Čeština: Vlajka obce Nový Kostel, okres Cheb. List tvoří tři svislé pruhy, červený, modrý a zelený, v poměru 1:2:1. V červeném pruhu bílý žerďový klín s vrcholem na vlajícím okraji pruhu. V modrém pruhu bílé průčelí kostela s černými obloukovými dveřmi a červenou, žlutě hořící střechou, uprostřed s věží s jedním černým obloukovým oknem a červenou stanovou střechou zakončenou žlutým křížkem. V zeleném pruhu bílý vlající klín s vrcholem na vlajícím okraji modrého pruhu.
