Čeština: Vlajka obce Hájek, okres Karlovy Vary. List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy, zelený a modrý, v poměru 5 : 3. V zeleném žlutá věž s cimbuřím se třemi stínkami, bosovanou branou a se dvěma okny vedle sebe, vše černé, z ní do stran vyrůstají dvojice bílých odkloněných lipových listů na prohnutých stoncích. V modrém pruhu tři žluté šesticípé hvězdy.
