Čeština: Vlajka obce Vrutice, okres Litoměřice. List tvoří žerďový červený pruh široký třetinu délky listu a sedm střídavě bílých a modrých vodorovných pruhů. V žerďovém pruhu dva zkřížené žluté klíče, podložené přirozenou lilií na stonku s listy. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
