Čeština: Vlajka obce Praskačka, okres Hradec Králové. Zelený list. V žerďové části žlutá berla s bílým sudariem závitem k vlajícímu okraji listu, do střední části šikmo podložená hrstí pěti žlutých obilných klasů. V horní polovině vlající části světlemodrý květ čekanky se žlutým středem. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
