Čeština: Vlajka obce Přepeře, okres Semily, kraj Liberecký. List tvoří čtyři vodorovné pruhy, střídavě bílé a modré, prostřední vlnité se třemi vrcholy a dvěma prohlubněmi. Ve žluto–černo–červeno–žlutě kosmo děleném karé bílá svatojakubská mušle. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.
