Čeština: Vlajka obce Loučky, okres Semily, kraj Liberecký. Zelený list s červenou, žlutě lemovanou krokví, vycházející z dolního okraje listu s vrcholem v první osmině šířky listu. Poměr lemů, krokve a zeleného pole na dolním okraji listu je 1 : 3 : 1 : 15 : 1 : 3 : 1. Krokev provázena nahoře dvěma bílými polovičními liliemi na stoncích se dvěma listy, dole žlutou šesticípou hvězdou. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
