Čeština: Vlajka obce Úhonice, okres Praha-západ.
Červený list s černo-žluto-černě děleným žerďovým pruhem, širokým čtvrtinu délky listu. V horním černém poli žlutá lilie, v dolním černém poli bílá růže se žlutým semeníkem. Ve střední části listu bílý pes-věžník se žlutým jazykem a modrým obojkem se žlutými trny a lemováním. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
