Sentayehu Ejigu (Debre Marqos, 21 juni 1985) is een Ethiopisch atlete, die zich heeft gespecialiseerd in de 3000 en de 5000 m. Op beide afstanden behoort zij indoor tot de beste tien atletes ter wereld (peildatum oktober 2023). Ze won in 2001 een bronzen medaille op de wereldkampioenschappen voor junioren.
