List tvoří tři vodorovné pruhy, modrý, zubatý žlutý a zelený, v poměru 2 : 4 : 3. Žlutý pruh má pět čtvercových zubů a čtyři stejné mezery, v zeleném pruhu běžící žlutý zajíc. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
