„Karoga garuma un platuma proporcijas ir 2:1 (izmērs 2 × 1 m), atbilstoši Latvijas valsts karogam. Ģerboņa augstums - 6O cm, tas novietots karoga centra. Karoga baltas un zilas klisas proporcijas 2:1. Karoga krāsas: Balta PANTONE White. RGB 255 255 255. Zila: PANTONE Blue 286C. RGB-0/56/166“
