Čeština: Vlajka obce Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí, okres Ostrava-město. Černý list se žlutou růží s červeným semeníkem a zelenými kališními lístky a dvěma žlutými svislými vlnitými pruhy vycházejícími z deváté a jedenácté dvanáctiny horního okraje. Pruhy mají k vlajícímu okraji dva vrcholy a tři prohlubně.
