Čeština: Vlajka obce Blatno, okres Louny. List tvoří čtyři svislé pruhy, střídavě zelené a bílé. Ve střední části nad šesticípou hvězdou maltézský kříž bez horního ramene, oboje červené. Nad křížem žluté obrněné rameno držící červeně hořící meč se žlutým jílcem.
