Čeština: Blažim (PS), vlajka. List tvoří dva svislé pruhy, modrý a červený. Uprostřed čelně hledící polovina bílého zubra ve skoku se žlutou zbrojí, jazykem a houžví, provázená nad hřbetem bílým maltézským křížem. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
