Het Bureau van den Wehrmachtsbefehlshaber in den Niederlanden deelt mede: De Nederlandsche onderdanen Willem Theodoor Pahud de Mortanges, student ...in de scheikunde, ge-boren 1 Juli 1921 te Heemstede, woon-achtig te Delft; Eduard Ellis van Raalte, student in de werktuigbouwkunde, geboren 13 October 1918 te Rotterdam, woonachtig te Delft; Piet Marinus Arnoldus Huurman Scheepsbouwer, geboren 10 Juni 1917 te Velp, woonachtig te Capelle; Adriaan Gerhard Smit, employé geboren 4 September 1920 te Alblasser-dam woonachtig te Alblasserdam; Menko Hendrik Herbert König, student, geboren 19 Juni 1917 in Den Haag woonachtig te Delft; Charles Okes van der Plas, stu-dent in de mijnbouwkunde, geboren 8 September 1920 te Leiden, woonachtig te Delft; zijn door een krijgsraad ter dood veroor-deeld, omdat zij, ondanks alle tevoren gegeven waarschuwingen in het jaar 1942 deels gemeenschappelijk spoorweg-aanslagen en andere daden van sabotage verricht, deels pogingen daartoe gedaan hebben. Zij hebben leven en eigendom van leden van de bezettingsmacht en van Nederlanders in gevaar gebracht en ver-nietigd. De vonnissen zijn door den kogel ten uitvoer gelegd. Wie sabotage pleegt, verbeurt zijn leven.
